Don Shobert has retired from the Street Department effective January 1, 2013. Dan Gable has assumed the position of Street Department Supervisor. Dan is a Riverside resident and has been with the Street Department for a year.
Eric Mayan, also a Riverside resident, has joined the Street Department as of January 2, 2013. Welcome Aboard, Eric
.The Borough Garage is located in the 200 Block of Avenue D. The Street Department consists of three full time employees, Dan Gable, Walt Bostian and new employee Eric Mayan. Their duties include maintaining borough streets, sewer lines, leaf and snow removal to name a few.
It is a year round effort to keep the Borough at its finest.
